Answers, before you ask.
The things shul administrators and coordinators ask us most. Anything missing? Ask us directly.
What does EzzyWorks actually do?
You describe an event in plain words, once. EzzyWorks turns that one description into the calendar entry, the registration page, the emails and text messages, the flyer and the social posts, and keeps them all in sync when details change.
Is EzzyWorks a CRM? Do we have to leave our membership system?
No. EzzyWorks runs events and only events. It works alongside the membership system and tools your shul already uses, and nothing has to be migrated or replaced.
How does it handle Shabbat and the chagim?
The calendar works in Hebrew dates as well as civil ones, knows candle lighting times, and quiet hours are the default: any email or text that would fall during Shabbat or chag automatically shifts to after Havdalah.
What channels are included?
Email, SMS text messages, and social media posts are built into the platform. There is nothing extra to buy or connect for them.
How much does it cost?
Founding shuls lock in early-access pricing. There is a free way to start, and depending on how your synagogue chooses to run event payments, EzzyWorks can cost the office nothing per month. Book a demo and we will show you the exact numbers for your shul.
Where does the money from registrations go?
Directly to your synagogue’s own account. Payments are processed by our payment partner and settle straight to the shul. Funds never pass through EzzyWorks, and card details never touch our servers.
Do we need technical skills to use it?
If you can describe your event in a sentence, you can use EzzyWorks. Early-access shuls also get white-glove onboarding: we do the setup with you.
Who owns our data?
Your shul does. Your events, your member lists, your registrations. You can export your data at any time, and if you ever leave, we delete it on request.
Can EzzyWorks connect to the other tools we use?
We are expanding integrations around what founding shuls actually use, from membership systems to accounting tools. Tell us what your shul runs on and we will build toward it.
What about the custodian and the caterer?
They get their own send. When registrations close or the headcount changes, EzzyWorks sends the working headcount, room setup and timing to the people who need it, so the kitchen and the building are not finding out by hallway conversation. It is the step most offices still do by hand, and it is the one that goes wrong when the coordinator is away.
When can we start?
Early access opens Fall 2026 with a small group of founding shuls. Book a demo to see the platform and reserve a spot.
