Event Reminders by Email and SMS for Synagogues | EzzyWorks

Communications

Every reminder, written and sent.

From the first announcement to the thank-you after, EzzyWorks drafts the emails and texts, places them on the calendar around Shabbat and chag, and shows you what was sent, delivered and opened. You approve. It sends.

The problem

The reminder nobody had time to write.

The announcement went out. Then the week got busy, and the reminder that would have brought twenty more people never left the drafts folder. Or it went out on Friday night, to a community that was not reading.

EzzyWorks drafts the whole sequence when you create the event, schedules it, and keeps every send away from Shabbat and holidays. You see the drafts, change what you like, approve once.

“Everything in one place so nothing falls through the cracks and no one can say they weren’t told.”How one synagogue described what they needed from an event platform, in our interviews

What gets sent

Six messages, drafted before you ask.

The sequence, drafted

Save the date, registration open, a story or speaker spotlight, the practical details, the day-before reminder, the thank-you. Each one written from your event description, in your voice.

Email and text together

Longer messages by email, short nudges by text. Members choose how they hear from you, and can stop texts with one reply.

Around the Jewish calendar

Candle lighting, Havdalah and holidays are built in. A message that would land during Shabbat moves to after Havdalah. On by default; nothing to set up.

Sent from your synagogue

Emails show your synagogue’s name and reply to your office inbox, so answers come to the person who can act on them.

A status you can see

For every message: scheduled, sent, delivered, opened, clicked, failed. No more wondering whether the reminder went out.

Social posts, drafted too

A post for your synagogue’s social accounts, written from the same description. Copy it, adjust it, publish it where your community is.

How it works

Approve once. The rest is on the calendar.

1

Drafts appear

The sequence is written when you create the event.

2

Edit and approve

Change wording, timing or channels. One approval covers the set.

3

It sends

On schedule, around Shabbat and holidays, from your synagogue’s name.

4

You see the results

Delivered, opened, clicked, per message, on one screen.

Good to know

Before you ask.

Nothing sends without approval.

Every message is a draft until a person approves it. You can approve the whole sequence at once or one message at a time.

Shabbat and chag are respected by default.

Quiet hours are on from the start, based on your location. You never have to remember candle lighting time.

Members control their texts.

Text reminders go only to people who opted in, and a single reply stops them.
